ⓘ Founded by Joe Villar in 2020, UCARBONEX is the vision of a Cuban-Dominican American raised in a family of entrepreneurs and motorsport enthusiasts. After a series of family hardships led to financial struggles, Joe found himself starting over with very little. A few odd jobs and a willingness to learn helped him build the company from the ground up. Along the way, he earned college certifications in materials science and business, and he's always looking for the next skill, idea, or opportunity to turn into something meaningful. That same curiosity and hands-on mindset continue to shape everything UCARBONEX creates today.
