UCARBONEX is not responsible for damage to components during shipping to UCARBONEX.
Clients are responsible for properly packaging all items to prevent damage or structural compromise.
If a component arrives damaged, UCARBONEX will document the issue with photographs taken on or near the delivery date.
At the client’s request, UCARBONEX may attempt to use a compromised component if feasible.

2.(“IMPROPERLY”), (“QUICKLY”) , ("VIBRATION") MOUNTED CARBON PARTS MAY SCRATCH THE SURFACE APPLIED. Purchaser , end user Assumes All Risks involved with Carbon Fiber material goods. UCARBONEX is not responsible for any damage. Use responsibly.
3. NO REFUNDS. All custom work is NONE-REFUNDABLE. All Sales Final.

Bicycle Refresh & Repair Warranty
UCARBONEX provides a 1-year warranty on bicycle repair services beginning on the original purchase date.
Additional shipping fees or service charges may apply to warranty claims. Customers will be notified before any additional charges are applied.
Warranty Exclusion:
Products that have been modified, neglected, used in racing, extreme riding, competition or for commercial uses, abused and misused, involved in accidents or anything beyond normal use. User error (Ucarbonex reserves the right to determine if it is User error) , mounted improperly on a rack or surface, Regular wear & tear, Carbon exposed to extreme heat (anything beyond normal heat product is designed for), Carbon surface yellowing over extended period of time under Sun UV rays.
Limitation of Liability :
IN NO EVENT SHALL UCARBONEX OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (WHETHER CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR OTHERWISE) ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH UCARBONEX PRODUCTS, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, A THIRD PARTY’S OR OTHER ENTITY UNAUTHORIZED USE OF UCARBONEX PRODUCT, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, TORT OR OTHER THEORIES OF LIABILITY, AND ALSO REGARDLESS OF WHETHER UCARBONEX WAS GIVEN ACTUAL OR CONSTRUCTIVE NOTICE THAT DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. UCARBONEX does not take responsibility over buyer installation, modification, and unusual stress of the products. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of the products. UCARBONEX not responsible for any damages incurred either directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators/passengers within the vehicles.

This establishes what you can expect from UCARBONEX including and not limited to the services, products and future products from UCARBONEX. By using UCARBONEX services you are agreeing to these Terms, Warranties, Limitation of Liability.
IMPORTANT: (WARNINGS)
Damage may occur to carbon fiber material from an impact, crash, or misuse and may not be obvious through visual inspection. Damaged carbon fiber may fail suddenly, resulting in serious injury or death. If you suspect the carbon fiber product integrity may have been compromised, IMMEDIATELY STOP USING CARBON FIBER PRODUCT and replace the carbon fiber product before further use.
(Important) stunting, trick riding, ramp riding, jumping, aggressive riding, riding on severe terrain, riding in severe climates, riding with heavy loads, riding double, commercial activities; such use is inherently dangerous, can cause serious injury, fatal injury or death to the rider, and if done it is with the rider’s express and implied assumption of the risk of such use and UCARBONEX shall not have any responsibility for any breakdown of the bicycle, vehicle, its components or rider injuries that occur during such use.
